Radiocapitellar Line

Summary:

  • The radiocapitellar line is made by a line passing through the middle of the radius where it should pass through the capitellum. 
  • It should also intersect with the anterior humeral line within the capitellum.
  • This radiographic line is used when assessing for the presence of a radial bone fracture or radial head dislocation.
